Charitable Dialogues

Gospel & Scripture: A TEDS Charitable Dialogue (part one)

In this TEDS Charitable Dialogue, three faculty members and a master’s student in New Testament talk about the identity, mission, and distinctives of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection–the Gospel–and the inerrancy & authority of Scripture are all central to the identity of TEDS. In this first charitable dialogue, these faculty members elaborate on how the centrality of these twin, mutually-supporting themes affects what and how they teach, as well as how these themes are reflected in the larger TEDS community.

Participants:

Dr. Elizabeth Yao-Hwa Sung, Assistant Professor of Biblical & Systematic Theology
Dr. H. Wayne Johnson, Director of the Master of Divinity Program & Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology
Dr. Peter T. Cha, Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology
Moderator: Rory Tyer, MA / New Testament student
