Brenden began serving as the Data and Communications Assistant in July 2012. He and his wife, Rachel, moved to the Deerfield area so that they could both continue their education at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Before moving to the area, Brenden studied and subsequently served as an Admissions Counselor at Nebraska Christian College. It was during his time at NCC that Brenden developed a passion for the academic study of the Bible. After studying Hebrew and Sumerian with a TEDS alum at the college, Brenden knew that Trinity, with its OT Department’s unparalleled range of expertise in all things Ancient Near-East and Bible, was right for him. Besides the academic rigor of the program, Brenden loves Trinity’s emphasis on Christ and his Kingdom.
When he graduates from TEDS, Brenden hopes to continue his studies, to teach, and to serve in a local church. Till then, he’ll spend his time parsing verbs, drinking lots of coffee at the office, and enjoying life in the Chicagoland with his wife.
